Due to business development needs, Taiwan Tung Chih Electronic needs to establish a production plant in India and simultaneously migrate the SAP system processes from its headquarters to India. The original vendor required a 5+1 timeline for go-live. After Maxnerva joined, the project cycle was shortened to 3+1.
